Website Content makes it easy to work with Recommendations and Search results.
The Designs are stored at Clerk.io, and you only need to insert a small embed code into the page where you want products to show.
Any number of Content blocks can be based on a single Design, or you can create separate Designs for each Content.
You can check your existing Content, and create new ones, by clicking on Search/Recommendations and then Content in the side-menu:

Creating an Email Design #
In my.clerk.io, go to Email -> Designs.
Click New Design and give it a name.
Choose Email, and optionally, pick either a starting Design.
Style the email Design to your liking.
Click Update Design.
Choosing a Product Logic #
Go to Email -> Content, and create a new Content block.
In the Content Page, under Choose Product logic, you can choose what type of recommendations to show:

Data Feeds

This guide explains how to set up your JSON Feeds to sync your data with Clerk.io.
If you are using one of our supported platform, you do not need to set up a JSON Feed.
Our older JSON Feed is still supported, but we recommend using the new JSON Feed for new integrations.
The new JSON Feed makes it easier and more efficient for you to sync your data with Clerk.io.
...Sync Data
Choosing product data to import #
Access your Data Sync Settings by logging into my.clerk.io > Data > Data Sync Settings.
From here, you can customize your product data by:
- Adding Custom Attributes for your products using the text box. Type in the custom variables used in your BigCommerce store that you’d like to add as comma-separated values.
- Including out-of-stock Products: to include out-of-stock products in your Clerk.io data, select “Yes” from the dropdown here
- Only import visible Categories: to choose whether or not you import all categories or only visible categories to Clerk.io from your webshop, select the appropriate choice from the dropdown here.
- Enable real-time updates: to enable real time updates from BigCommerce to your Clerk.io synced products, select “Yes” from this dropdown
