Customising product data
#
In my.clerk.io, choose Data > Data Sync Settings, and scroll down to “Custom Attributes”
If you have custom product attributes you’d like to include in your data, type in the attribute value names in the text box below Custom Attributes.
Remember to add these as comma-separate values:
Once these custom data values are added, you’ll be able to use these product attributes in your Clerk.io Designs and Content.
...Setting up a data feed

Note: This data feed from Smartweb/HostedShop is deprecated. This means that we offer limited support for this. We highly recommend you to switch over to the Smartweb/HostedShop’s SOAP API data feed.
In the SmartWeb Admin, go to Kontrolpanel->Prisindeks
Create a new Prisindex by clicking Opret Eget Prisindeks in the top right corner.
Give it the name Clerk.
Use the following code to create the Data Feed. This will generate a link with the product feed, which can be used in the HTML Annotations importer at my.clerk.io.

Customising product data

In WooCommerce you can add custom product attributes through the WooCommerce backend, or through the Clerk.io plugin in code, if needed.
Adding Simple Attributes
#
If the attributes you want to send are already available as simple attributes in your WooCommerce admin, they can easily be added on the Plugin page.
1. In your WooCommerce backend, start by going to Products -> Attributes
2. In here, find the slug of the attribute you want to add.

Customers are divided into 4 groups based on their purchase frequency and the revenue they generate.
These groups are dynamic which means they will change as your customer behaviour changes over time. The groups always reflect the current order history that Clerk has access to.

#
Visitors can find products using natural language to refine their search progressively.
Chat can automatically filter your results based on price, brand and other custom attributes: “yellow nike shoes in size 42”.
Product Comparisons
#
Chat provides information about specific attributes of a product like the weight of a tent. Chat is context-aware and knows which page a visitor is currently on.
...On the Usage page you can see your full usage history for each Clerk product and the estimated usage for the coming month.
Navigate to the Usage page by clicking the Store dropdown in the upper left corner and then
COMPANY NAME > Usage.
Pricing Model
#
Fairness is important to us, so we only count usage when we successfully deliver results back. If a search, recommendation or email returns no results, no usage is counted.
...Starting a sync
#
You can always start a full sync from my.clerk.io.
Simply go to Data in my.clerk.io and click Start New Data Sync:
This will import all of the latest data from your webshop.
Whitelisting the importer IP address
#
If your server has an IP lock, you need to whitelist the IP address of the Clerk.io importer to sync data. You can use this IP to do this:
