The Setup Service is a way to make sure you get great results with from the beginning, by letting one our Customer Success experts handle the installation.

What do I need in order to get the Setup Service?

  • A webshop based on one of our Plug&Play Platforms*
  • A completed Personal Demo.
  • A subscription of at least €158 /mo.
  • Access to your webshops backend, and FTP for installation. 

What can I expect from the Setup Service?

  • Guidance and advice on how to use in the best way on your webshop
  • A dedicated Customer Success expert, that will do a setup of Search & Recommendations on a day of your choice.
  • A product-design that matches the look-and-feel of your webshop.
  • A setup that will increase your revenue by the end of the Setup Day.

What is the process for the Setup Service?

  1. On the day of the Setup Service, a Customer Success team-mate will call you at 9.30am CET, and guide you in how we recommend to be setup.
  2. Customer Success works on the setup. 
  3. At 2pm we call you again you show what we have done so far. During this call we also talk about potential adjustments you might want.
  4. Customer Success makes the adjustments.
  5. At 4pm we call you again to finalise the setup.
  6. We send you documentation for how we have installed each part. 

Which parts of can you install?

We always strive to implement every part of's Best-Practices for Search and Recommendations.

In some cases though, customisations in the webshop means that we know how insert some parts of the system. In these cases we will ask you or your developers for the info we need to add these parts, if it all possible.

In any case, we never finish a setup until we are sure you will see an increase in revenue with!
