Popups

Clerk.io can inject subscriber popups into your webshop and let you control them from my.clerk.io. Use them to invite visitors to subscribe to your email marketing or join a specific list.

Find them under Email > Popups.

Subscribers #

Choose where subscribers collected through the popup should be added.

• All subscribers: Collect subscribers for your general email marketing.
• A specific list: Collect subscribers for a particular purpose, such as a Black Friday list.

Display timing #

Control when the popup appears based on the visitor’s activity on your webshop.

• Time: Show the popup after a set number of seconds.
• Scrolling: Show the popup after the visitor has scrolled a set percentage of the page.

Design #

Use the popup element’s Design to customize its appearance to match your webshop. Subscriber popups have one flexible design type.

To show product suggestions after an add-to-cart action or on exit intent, use a Recommendation popup.
