Using the Clerk.io Extension with Prestashop Carlen Wilutis
Data Sync Settings
In my.clerk.io, click "Data" in the left-side menu, then scroll down to "Data Sync Settings" to see your sync options with Prestashop here.
Set your store URL, page size of your synced data, and the time of day when your webshop data syncs to Clerk.io (default is "when needed").
Prestashop Module Overview
In your Prestashop admin account, choose Clerk from your "Modules" to view and adjust your Clerk.io extension options.
Set the default language for the extension at "Shop & Language", and access your API keys, store language, and data import URL under "General".
Set your main data sync settings in the next section below.
Toggle to "Yes" to enable product, content, and customer data options like real-time updates, including pages, collecting emails, and more.
When including Pages or collecting Baskets, you have the option to include additional fields below. Simply add the values you'd like to sync to Clerk.io for Pages or Baskets as a comma-separated list in the appropriate text box.
Enable your Search Page by toggling to "Yes" in this section of the Prestashop module, and include your template name in the following text box. The template should match the name provided in the embed code of your Search Page Content in my.clerk.io, "search-page" in this example.
Live Search Settings
Enable Clerk Live Search in this section by toggling "Yes" in the first option. To include Categories in your Live Search results, toggle on "Include Categories".
You can modify the number of Suggestions, Categories, and Content Pages listed in the suggested results with each of the following dropdowns. To specify the types of pages that display in your content suggestions, such as only blog posts or CMS Pages, choose the appropriate option from the Pages Type dropdown.
In the last options of the Live Search Settings, you can change the position of your search results dropdown, as well as update the Clerk.io live search template and website input & form selectors.
Powerstep, Exit Intent, Cart, & Product Settings
Enable your Clerk.io Powerstep, Exit Intent, or Cart Settings by toggling "Yes" for the appropriate section.
Choose your Powerstep Type, either Page or Popup, with the dropdown menu, and enter your template names from the embed code in Content in my.clerk.io.
Same as the Powerstep, the Content names for Exit Intent and Cart Settings are also found after "
data-template=" in the Content embed codes within my.clerk.io.
Follow the same process to enable Product Settings and include the template name from your Clerk.io Content embed code.
Set your error and warning logs in the Logging Settings section of the Clerk.io module. First, Enable by toggling "Yes" in the first option.
Choose your Logging Level, such as "only errors" or "errors and warnings", and where to log them (like a file or to my.clerk.io) in the next two dropdown options.Did this answer your question?
