Sometimes, you might want to force the Chat AI to respond in a specific way to certain questions. E.g. it might be a good idea to ask it only to send a single discount code when prompted, or reply to questions about your opening hours in a specialised way.
Users don’t have to ask for the exact question you configure - any variations will still result in the type of answer you are providing. The Chat will use the tone-of-voice that you already configured, and reformulate the answer to fit how the user asked the question.
This allows you to choose the type of question and the general answer that the Chat should use when replying, without it becoming too specific.
